Our legal advisors represented a perpetual lessee who contested a decision issued by the President of the City of Rzeszów containing termination and update of the annual fee for perpetual lease of a property. The District Court in Rzeszów agreed with the arguments presented by our lawyers, indicating that the value of the property adopted by the authority as the basis for updating the fee was overestimated. As a result, the Court determined the rate of the fee corresponding to the actual value of the property, at a level which is fully satisfying for our Client.
